Eastern Idaho Summer Groups

This is a 6 week group for babies ages 1-2 and their caregivers. This 30-minute group focuses on caregiver bonding, child development, and socialization all through music.

This is a 6 week group for adults 60+. This 50-minute group focuses on promoting connection with others, improving mood and wellness, as well as supporting cognitive function. Music experience is not required.

This summer workshop is for teens 12-18. It is one hour a day for a week. During this workshop teens will learn how to craft lyrics, choose chord progressions, and use songwriting/recording software. Some previous music background is helpful but not required.

This is a 6 week group for children ages 3-5 that focuses on socialization, developing attention to task, and age appropriate skills (i.e. color recognition, letters, numbers, phonological awareness).

This is a 6 week class for adults. This 40- minute class will address the basics of learning the ukulele, including string names, chords, strum patterns, and so on. No previous music experience is required.

This is a 6 week, 50-minute group that focuses on using music for wellness for adolescents ages 13-18. It will promote tools that will enhance coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and address big emotions. It will also give teens the opportunity to connect with their peers.
